Top 10 Indiana HS football players in Class of 2023
3. Daeh McCullough, CB, Saint Joseph
After spending the last couple of years playing at Bloomington South, McCullough will head north to play his senior season for South Bend Saint Joseph after his dad, Deland, left the Indiana football program to become the new running backs coach at Notre Dame. Daeh comes from a football family as his dad is a former NFL running back who has gone on to win a Super Bowl ring as part of the Kansas City Chiefs’ coaching staff. Meanwhile, his brothers, Deland II and Dasan – – both play at Indiana.Â

Daeh was originally committed to becoming a Hoosier as well, but announced in June he will play at Cincinnati beginning next year. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound safety had 30 tackles, two interceptions and a fumble recovery in 2021, and will look to make an instant impact on his new team in 2022.
