Men’s Swimming and Diving’s Mulgrew Posts Pair of Top-3 Finishes at US Nationals
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Men's Swimming and Diving rising sophomore William Mulgrew wrapped up action at the Toyota National Championships on Saturday night in Irvine, California. Mulgrew, who won the 1500-meter freestyle last Tuesday, finished in third on Friday in the 400m free and was the runner-up in Saturday's 800m free. A native of Walpole, Mulgrew posted the third-fastest time in the 400m free, completing the race in 3:47.88. The performance trailed only Luka Mijatovic (3:43.45) and Ryan Erisman (3:44.39).
