Hawks Fall to Northeastern in Series Finale
BROOKLINE, Mass. – The Monmouth University baseball team fell at Northeastern University, 13-1 in Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) action on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks got on the board first as Chris Walsh sent the first pitch, he saw out to left field for a two-out home run. Northeastern responded and sent nine men to the plate while scoring five runs in the bottom of the first and retook the lead, 5-1.
