NORTON, Mass. -- The Grove City College women's water polo team wrapped up the 2026 season Sunday by finishing fourth at the Collegiate Water Polo Association Division III Championships, hosted by Wheaton (Mass.) College. Top-seeded Augustana (Ill.) downed the Wolverines in the tournament's Third Place Match, 21-5, in both teams' season finale. Sophomore Frances Baksa (Longwood, Fla./Lake Mary) fired in four goals for the Wolverines while junior Shastyn Tihansky (Hazleton, Pa./Hazleton) added a goal.
