KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Washburn baseball had 14 players recognized for their academic achievements by the MIAA the conference announced on Thursday afternoon. The Ichabods also had one MIAA Scholar-Athlete. To be named to the Academic Honor Roll the student athlete must have a cumulative grade point average used by the institution for purposes of NCAA academic certification of 3.00 at the certifying member institution. They must also have at least two terms of grades reported at the certifying member institution, excluding summer terms.
