DAHLONEGA – Four University of North Georgia (UNG) golfers have been named to the 2026 Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team, the league announced as part of its annual recognition of academic excellence among student-athletes. Formerly known as the Team of Academic Distinction, the PBC All-Academic Team recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. Representing the North Georgia men's golf program was Rhett Smith of Eatonton, Georgia.
