Andreea Tocca is the Head of Research Culture at the University of Suffolk, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and innovative environment for research and knowledge exchange  initiatives that connects academia with the broader community. Her leadership is essential in developing a collaborative and inclusive research culture that drives the university’s research and knowledge strategy delivery forward.

With 14 years of dedication to the University of Suffolk and over 30 years of experience in higher education and healthcare, Andreea brings substantial expertise to her role. She holds a Master’s in Quantitative Economics (MSc), an MBA, and an MPhil in Health and Social Care, giving her both academic and practical insights that help ensure the university's research and knowledge exchange efforts deliver meaningful impact locally and nationally.
