Veteran Giants QB Jameis Winston talks 鈥渂etter execution鈥� after rough outing in loss to LA
Giants backup quarterback Jameis Winston’s first thought when starter Jaxson Dart went down was that he prayed the second-year pro would be okay. The Rams then made life very difficult for Winston, who was just 11-of-27 for 111 yards and a costly red zone interception. The veteran felt once the Rams got the lead, the Giants running game was ineffective and made their offense one-dimensional.
