Altamont Boys Golf Beats Flora as Elam and Lash Take Top Two Spots, Pearcy Finishes as Runner Up for Altamont Girls
Altamont boys and girls golf were both in action Friday for a dual match at Clay County Country Club against Flora. On the boys side the Indians grabbed a three-stroke win over the Wolves, 166 to 169, with junior Evan Elam grabbing medalist honors with a 39 and sophomore Harrison Lash finished as the medalist runner-up by tiebreaker with a 41. On the girls side, the Lady Indians fell to the Wolfgals, 224 to 258, but senior Cecilia Pearcy was the medalist runner-up with a 55.
