WNCC men score early, capture win over Gillette
The Western Nebraska Community College men’s soccer team scored two first-half goals and then held on to register the 3-0 shut-out win over Gillette College on Saturday at Landers Soccer Complex. The Cougars’ Aurele Cuenot got the Cougars on the scoreboard first, scoring in the first 12 minutes of the when he booted in a penalty kick for a quick 1-0 lead.
