Sealy Scores as Cardinals Battle Rice to a 1-1 Tie
HOUSTON, Texas 鈥� Freshman Diem Sealy scored her first goal of the season to give Lamar University an early lead Sunday afternoon against Rice, but the Cardinals conceded a second-half goal, resulting in a 1-1 tie. The tie snaps a five-match losing streak to the Owls in the all-time history between the two teams. Sealy's goal was one of three shots the Cardinals took throughout the match and Kamdyn Jalayer was credited with the assist.
