Hempstead, NY - Bastian Carlman and Sean Keane scored first-half goals and Milo Risenhoover made three saves to lead No. 20 Hofstra to a 2-0 victory over American Sunday night at Captains Field. The victory came in the Pride's home opener. The Pride moved to 2-0 on the young season, while the Eagles slipped to 0-1-1.
