Marist Women’s Soccer Falls to Fordham, 2-1
POUGHKEEPSIE, New York – The Marist women's soccer team took an early lead but fell to Fordham, 2-1, on Sunday afternoon at Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field. The Red Foxes struck first in the fourth minute. Ella Bryan set up Marissa Foster, who found the back of the net at the 3:21 mark to give Marist an early 1-0 advantage. Marist controlled much of the first half offensively, outshooting Fordham, 10-6, and earning five corner kicks.
