Karros pulled as Rockies monitor concussion symptoms 

DENVER – Rockies third baseman Kyle Karros left Saturday night’s 4-3 loss to the Guardians before the sixth inning with the recurrence of concussion symptoms. Karros, 24, originally sustained the injury in a collision with shortstop Ezequiel Tovar while both were going for a ground ball on Aug. 11 at Arizona. Karros returned from the seven-day concussion injured list to the Rockies’ lineup on Friday night and went 1-for-4 with a walk in the 9-1 loss to the Guardians.
