Gill Scores Twice As SMWC Falls At Georgetown, 3-2
GEORGETOWN, Ky. 鈥� Lauren Gill scored twice, but the Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College women's soccer team dropped a 3-2 decision to Georgetown College in its season opener Sunday. The Pomeroys trailed 2-1 at halftime before Gill delivered her second goal in the 62nd minute, pulling SMWC even at 2-2. Georgetown answered less than four minutes later when Morgan Imhoff scored off an assist from Faith Burnside in the 66th minute to restore the Tigers' lead.
