High school football season in the Marion area is underway. Week 1 games were held Aug. 21, and there were some impressive performances recorded by athletes. To recognize the top performers, we are offering the Marion Star Football Player of Week 1 Poll. Fans may vote as often as allowed for their favorite among the nominees.
