Report: Klay Thompson expected to sign with Heat after buyout by Mavericks
Klay Thompson is headed to the Miami Heat. The Dallas Mavericks and the sharpshooter agreed to a buyout, and Thompson now intends to sign with the Heat, ESPN's Shams Charania reported on Friday. Thompson was shipped to the Mavericks in July 2024 after 11 seasons with the Golden State Warriors.
