LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) – The UNLV women's soccer (1-2) team suffered its first home loss of the season Thursday night, falling to UC San Diego (2-1), 2-1, at Peter Johann Memorial Field. In the first half, the Rebels responded to a one-score deficit from a UCSD penalty kick when freshman forward Audrina Hernandez scored her first career goal in the 27th minute. The match remained tied, 1-1, until the Tritons scored the deciding goal in the 76th minute on a high-arching shot from over 20 yards.
