Hempstead, NY - Alexia Bromfield scored the equalizer with just over 11 minutes to play as Hofstra posted a 1-1 draw against Columbia Friday afternoon in the Pride's home opener at Captains Field. The game was originally scheduled for Thursday night but was postponed due to weather. Hofstra moved to 0-1-1 on the season with the draw. Columbia was playing their season opener.
