Women’s Soccer Edged at Army, 3-2
WEST POINT, N.Y. — The William & Mary women's soccer team was edged at Army, 3-2, on Thursday evening. Sophomore Mia Abbey ('48) and senior Lindsay Wilson ('90) provided the Tribe's goals, as Abbey found the back of the net for the second consecutive match to open the season. W&M (0-1-1) outshot the Black Knights, 18-9, which included a 10-6 advantage in shots on goal. The Tribe also tallied nine of the contest's 11 corner kicks.
