Women鈥檚 Soccer Drops Contest at High Point
HIGH POINT, N.C. - Marshall Women's Soccer (1-1) suffered its first defeat of 2026, falling 4-0 to High Point (1-2) Thursday afternoon. A tough start which saw the Herd fall behind by three goals inside of 25 minutes became insurmountable for MU, which outshot the hosts, 18-16. Marshall's eight shots on target were also one more than the Panthers created, and Coach Rafa Simoes's side created seven corners to High Point's four.
