Volleyball tabbed fifth in SAA Preseason Poll
SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee volleyball was picked to finish fifth in the Southern Athletic Association Preseason Poll, as voted on by the league’s nine head coaches. Trinity narrowly beat out Berry to be the preseason favorite, grabbing five first-place votes for 69 points, while Berry took four first-place votes for 68 points. Southwestern tallied 58 points for third, while Centre and Sewanee rounded out the top five with 46 and 43 points, respectively.
