Roche Wins Coaching Debut As No. 20 Hofstra Gets Past Bucknell
Lewisburg, PA - Sean Keane's goal with 9:46 remaining snapped a 1-1 tie and gave No. 20 Hofstra a season-opening 2-1 road win over Bucknell Thursday night at Emmitt Field at Holmes Stadium. The win was the first for first-year Hofstra Head Coach Stephen Roche, who took over the team in January after serving as an assistant for a decade. The Pride improved to 1-0 on the season with the win, while Bucknell dropped to 0-1.
