LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville wide receiver Tre Richardson was named to the preseason watch list for the 2026 Biletnikoff Award announced by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc. Richardson was one of 45 players nationally selected to the watch list for the award that recognizes the top receiver in college football.
