BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. -- The Wofford men's team played 73 minutes of scoreless soccer against Gardner-Webb in their first match of the season, but after lightning strikes in the area, the game was ultimately ruled a No Contest First Half Wofford struggled to possess the ball in the first half and, as a result, had zero corners to Gardner-Webb's seven, and were outshot nine to zero.
