CASTINE, Maine — The Maine Maritime Academy Men’s Basketball program is excited to announce the addition of Jace Meader to its 2026 recruiting class, the second under Head Coach Cedric Gillette. Meader, a 6’1″ guard from Falmouth, Maine, joins the Mariners after spending time at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to WPI, Meader enjoyed an outstanding high school career at Waltham High School in Massachusetts, where he established himself as one of the area’s premier shooters.
