Baylor freshman quarterback Marshall Manning made his high school football debut on Aug. 20. The son of Peyton and Ashley Manning played in a couple snaps at quarterback for Baylor in the second quarter against Brentwood Academy in the TSSAA football season opener in Chattanooga. Marshall Manning completed an eight-yard pass to Antwaun Adams on an out route layered over a Brentwood Academy defender, then handed the ball off to David Gabriel Georges before subbing out.
