Inside Auburn鈥檚 Weight Room
Auburn has stadium stairs built into its weight room. The Tigers used to run stadiums as part of training, so they brought that same concept inside. These aren鈥檛 normal stairs. They鈥檙e taller and built to replicate going seat-to-seat in a stadium. I got an exclusive look at Auburn鈥檚 facility with Alex McPherson. I鈥檓 glad he ran the stairs because I鈥檓 not sure I could鈥檝e done it.
