Grinnell women鈥檚 tennis team picked to defend Midwest Conference title
GRINNELL, Iowa 鈥� Seven-time defending Midwest Conference women’s tennis champion Grinnell College is predicted to extend that streak to eight this season. The Pioneers received a maximum seven first-place votes and 49 points in balloting of league coaches. Lake Forest College was picked second with the other first-place vote and 41 points, while league newcomer Luther College was tabbed third with 35 points. The Norse are followed by Cornell College with 34 points and Illinois College with 26.
