In his true freshman season, Cal quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele was one of the breakout players in the ACC. Now as a sophomore returning to Cal, he seems poised to emerge as one of the no-doubt best quarterbacks in the ACC. Starting all 13 games in 2025, he threw for 3,454 yards and 18 touchdowns, while also rushing for another four touchdowns. He became just the 2nd FBS quarterback to start his college career with 13 consecutive games of at least 200 yards.
