WVU Tech opens 2026 ranked No. 2 in NAIA
BECKLEY, W.Va. - WVU Tech men's soccer will begin the 2026 season as the No. 2 team in the nation following the release of the NAIA Men's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll. The Golden Bears earned the No. 2 ranking after a historic 2025 campaign that saw Tech finish 20-1-2 and advance to the NAIA national championship match. Defending national champion Grand View (Iowa) earned the preseason No. 1 ranking with 19 first-place votes after finishing 18-4-3 last season.
