Reid Named to Mountain West Preseason Team
HONOLULU 鈥� University of Hawai'i outside hitter Cha'lei Reid represented the Rainbow Wahine on the 2026 Mountain West Women's Volleyball Preseason Team announced on Wednesday. UH enters its first season in the Mountain West, and Reid was among the seven players voted to the preseason team by the conference's coaches. The sophomore put away 335 total kills and averaged 3.35 kills per set last season, becoming the fourth freshman in program history and first since 2019 to lead the team in kills.
