Richmond, Va.— Five incoming Richmond men's lacrosse players have been named to the Nike Lacrosse/Inside Lacrosse Freshman Rankings, highlighted by two players ranked among the nation's top 40. Richmond's five selections rank eighth nationally among all Division I programs, and the Spiders are the only Atlantic 10 team represented on the list of the nation's top incoming freshmen. Richmond's five ranked freshmen trail only Notre Dame, Maryland, Johns Hopkins, Virginia, Duke, Princeton and Harvard.
