W&L Names Tucker Kindig Assistant Strength and Conditioning, Track and Field Coach
LEXINGTON, Va. 鈥� Washington and Lee University has announced the hiring of Tucker Kindig as an assistant strength and conditioning coach and assistant men’s and women’s track and field coach. Kindig will work with student-athletes across the Generals’ athletic programs while overseeing the development of W&L’s throwing events. Kindig joins Washington and Lee after serving as an assistant track and field coach for throws at Shenandoah University since August 2024. In that role, Kindig oversaw training, strength and conditioning and recruiting for the Hornets’ throwing events.
