Brighton and Hove Albion signs Canadian striker Promise David
Another Canadian is on his way to the Premier League. Brighton and Hove Albion has finalized a deal to sign Canadian striker Promise David from Union Saint-Gilloise on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy should certain criteria be met, the team announced Tuesday. David, 25, has enjoyed an impressive spell in the Belgian top league, scoring 41 goals and nine assists in 82 games across all competitions with the club.
