Blanchard, Sirgany, Zack Named Women鈥檚 Cross Country Team Captains
Junior Avery Blanchard , senior Quinn Sirgany , and senior Carly Zack have each been named St. Lawrence University women’s cross country team captains as the group gears up for its 2026 season, Saints head coach Kate Howard announced Tuesday morning. Blanchard, a native of Ticonderoga, N.Y., has made appearances at the NCAA championships in both her years as a Saint following productive underclass seasons.
