RICHARDSON, Texas – The Angelo State University's women's athletic programs continued to shine in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year, earning the Lone Star Conference Academic Excellence Award, the league announced Monday afternoon. Presented for the 13th consecutive year, the LSC Academic Excellence Award recognizes the athletic departments with the highest collective team grade-point averages among men's and women's sports during the academic year.
