Martin named to preseason all-conference squad
BUIES CREEK, N.C. 鈥� Returning midfielder Xander Martin has been selected by the CAA's coaches as an honorable mention on the conference's preseason team, the CAA announced Monday afternoon. A senior from Wake Forest, Martin made 18 appearances last year with two starts. He scored his lone goal of the season in Campbell's 5-0 win over Methodist. He also recorded assists against Methodist, Radford, Wofford and VCU. The Fighting Camels were picked to finish fourth in the south division, behind Elon, UNCW and Charleston.
