Manuela Schreier Named Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Week
FULL BIG SOUTH CONFERENCE RELEASE CHARLOTTE, N.C. - UNC Asheville junior midfielder Manuela Schreier has been named the Big South Conference Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the league today (Monday, Aug. 17). Schreier helped Asheville to a pair of thrilling draws in the opening week with two goals for four points. She scored the first goal of the season in the 2-2 draw with Wofford on Wednesday (Aug. 12), where Asheville would the game-tying goal in the 87th minute.
