A Harrisonburg native and thirdgeneration Royal, he followed his father, Rodney Eshleman ’88, and grandfather, Daniel Rohr ’62, to EMU after playing soccer at Eastern Mennonite School. “I knew where I was and why,” he said. “I loved it.
