DENVER – The University of Denver men's lacrosse program has four members representing the USA and Canada in this week's Pan-American Men's Lacrosse Championship. The competition will determine the five teams that will qualify for the 2027 World Lacrosse Men's Championship in Tokyo, Japan. William G. Tierney Head Men's Lacrosse Coach Matt Brown , Denver defensive coordinator John Gallant and former Pioneer SSDM Casey Wilson will represent Team Canada at the championships.
