08.17.2026 Head Coach Scott Wooster The #6 ranked Grand Valley State football team opened week three of practice with a two hour practice in Lubbers Stadium Monday morning. Practice 13 for the Lakers consisted of a considerable amount of situational football, team period and one-on-one reps of 1's vs. 1's. In addition, two periods of special teams action were installed. GVSU went through a game-like practice Saturday night in Lubbers Stadium for nearly two hours.
