Defending Conference Champion Women’s Soccer Tabbed Second in MAC Freedom Preseason Coaches’ Poll
ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Stevens Institute of Technology women’s soccer team was selected second in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom pre-season coaches poll, as the Ducks seek a conference championship repeat and third title in six seasons in 2026. Misericordia totaled 61 points and five first-place votes to earn pre-season favorite designation. The Ducks finished one point behind the Cougars, collecting the remaining four first-place votes; these two schools have met in every MAC Freedom Championship game since Stevens joined the conference prior to the 2019-20 season, with the Ducks adding last Fall to the 2019 conference championship.
