Women鈥檚 soccer falls at Syracuse on Sunday
SYRACUSE, NY- The Holy Cross women's soccer team battled Syracuse into the second half before the Orange scored twice in a three-minute span to secure a 3-1 victory over the Crusaders on Sunday, Aug. 16. Syracuse took a 1-0 lead in the 44th minute before fifth-year midfielder Sam Halligan's 66th-minute strike evened the match, but the Orange responded with two goals to take the lead for good.
