Women鈥檚 Soccer Earns First Win of Season with 2-1 Victory Over Monmouth
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. 鈥� The Wagner women's soccer team earned head coach Fred King 's first victory with a 2-1 win over Monmouth on Sunday afternoon on Hameline Field. The victory also marked the Seahawks' first win over the Hawks in program history. Monmouth controlled the early chances, recording 10 shots through the opening 36 minutes, but the Seahawks' defense kept the match scoreless.
