Men鈥檚 Basketball adds Baker to 2026-27 recruiting class
CASTINE, Maine 鈥� The Maine Maritime Academy Men’s Basketball program is excited to announce the addition of Anthony Baker to its 2026 recruiting class, the second under Head Coach Cedric Gillette. Baker, a 6’3″ wing from Hyattsville, Maryland, joins the Mariners after spending the past season at Baltimore City Community College. A versatile player known for his energy and defensive impact, Baker averaged 5.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.7 steals, and 0.5 blocks per game while consistently making winning plays on both ends of the floor.
