George Ciuca Named MWC Athlete of the Year Representing Men鈥檚 & Mixed Sports
Lake Forest College men’s tennis player George Ciuca was announced as the 2025-26 Midwest Conference Athlete of the Year Representing Men’s and Mixed Sports on Friday. The award honors graduating student-athletes who have distinguished themselves throughout their collegiate careers in the areas of academic achievement, athletics excellence, service, and leadership. In addition, Ciuca will also be the MWC’s nominee for the Division III Commissioners Association Men’s Sport Student-Athlete of the Year Award, which recognizes student-athletes for the same accomplishments and attributes as the conference award.
