Former Orange Set to Compete in Pan-Am Championship
SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Twelve former Syracuse University men's lacrosse standouts will represent three national teams, Canada, the Haudenosaunee Nationals and Jamaica, compete in the inaugural Pan-American Men's Lacrosse Championship, set for Aug. 16-23 in Kingston, Jamaica. The nine-team tournament serves as a continental qualifier for the 2027 World Lacrosse Men's Championship in Japan, with the top five finishers punching their tickets to next year's world championship field. Syracuse is the most-represented program in the entire event ahead of UAlbany, Jacksonville, Notre Dame and Ohio State. Competition is split into two pools.
