ANDREWS, Texas (KOSA) - Following Tom Harvey鈥檚 resignation in the spring, Andrews ISD began its search for the next Mustang head football coach. The man they went with already had quite the history with the program. Jason Richters was promoted to head coach in May after spending 11 seasons in Andrews.
