WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. 鈥� West Liberty University Athletics will proudly honor the men and women who serve our communities and country during Military & First Responder Appreciation Night on Thursday, August 27 at 7 p.m., as the Hilltoppers kick off the 2026 season with their home football opener at West Family Stadium. The special evening will recognize active-duty and veteran members of the United States Armed Forces, as well as local police officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel and other first responders for their service and commitment to the community.
